Welcome to Blue Light Yoga ONLINE. Here you will find access to all Blue Light Yoga and CAKE classes as well as a variety of offerings from Georgia and collaborators. In January 2020, Blue Light opened a brand new studio in Hamilton, MA only to have to close her doors 3 months later at the onset of COVID-19 in the US. Blue Light pivoted to teaching and connecting online. Although there is nothing like human touch or sharing physical space, transitioning Blue Light to a virtual community has brought her larger community from far and wide back together.

In addition to recordings and access to LIVE classes at Blue Light Online, you will find instructional videos, workshops, trainings, Blue Light discussions, counseling, and other creative offerings. You can choose to pay as you go or purchase a membership.

Blue Light Yoga is a 75-minute vinyasa class that emphasizes creativity, flow, alignment, and heart. BLY classes build slowly but surely, and keep you engaged with intellectual and challenging sequences that keep you guessing and intrigued. Georgia's intention is for you to learn something new in every class.

Cake is a class that Georgia manifested after 20 years of practicing on her mat. It is a 60-minute high-intensity low-impact class that focuses on strengthening stabilizing and core muscles. The class ends with 15 minutes of Blue Light Yoga. The idea is if you take this class, you can have your cake, and eat it too! Among other things, CAKE will change your asana practice.

Georgia also offers Blue Light Counseling. BLC approaches individuals holistically and utilizes mindfulness practices to empower clients to manifest the mindset and emotional regulation to bring about positive change in their lives. BLC is a short-term program that provides clients with the means to getting the help and support they need to move through a life shift or challenge. BLC helps clients identify and accept patterns, situations, and/or relationships that no longer serve their personal growth and empowers them to live more authentically.
